Prorize and ezStorage today announced the successful deployment of Prorize’s Pricing AI Platform for all 51 ezStorage locations. Since 2018, the new data-driven pricing model has improved ezStorage’s pricing process.
The increasing use of RM systems has enabled the multifamily housing and self-storage industries to completely eliminate bargaining. Manual pricing processes are also removed or minimized.
As part of the agreement, StorTrack will provide Prorize access to the latest competitive industry data on a daily basis, allowing it to further improve the price recommendations from its award-winning pricing software.
